As you know by now, seating is going to be different this year. This year, when you register for BOTT, you will be allowed to choose your own seat. This seat will be yours for the duration of the conference. Please remember, in order to choose your own seat, you must be making the purchase from a desktop or laptop computer. A smartphone or tablet will automatically choose best available for you and not allow you to select a specific seat from the venue map.

1. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to register for Because of the Times?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years of age and you or your spouse occupy one of the following positions: Senior Pastor, Pastor Emeritus/Bishop, Associate Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Youth Pastor, Evangelist, Missionary (including AIM-ers, missionary evangelist, Global Missions veteran) UPCI World Headquarters Employee, Christian School principal/administrator, Bible College principals/administrators, Bible College student, Minister of Music.

3. What's the refund policy?
You may request a refund for your registration up until December 22.

5. How does the "choose your own seat" feature work?
When registration opens on November 5th at 9 AM C.T., simply visit our website. Here you will find a link that will take you to the registration page. Once you are on the registration page you may select your seats one of two ways.
Ignore the drop down menus that appear on the purchase page and click on the "Event Menu Map" that appears on the right side of the window. (For a peak at the venue map, see link at the bottom of the page.)
Then, from the venue map, click on the seats that you would like to purchase (Available seats will be colored, gray seats are seats that are unavailable.). Once you have selected your seats they will appear in the right side panel of the window. This is your shopping cart. At the bottom of your cart, click the green "checkout" button and continue with the purchase and registration process.
Select the type and number of seats you would like (Ground Floor, Riser, Balcony) from the respective drop down menus. This will choose the best seats of the type you have selected from those available.
Then, click the green "Get Seats" button. This will take you to the venue map and your shopping cart. Here you will see where the seats the computer has selected for you are located. These seats will also be represented in your shopping cart on the right side of the window with section, row and seat number. If these seats are agreeable to you, you simply click the green "checkout" button on the bottom right of the window and continue with the purchase and registration process.
If you do not like these seats, click the garbage can icon for each seat you do not like. The garbage can icon is located in the seat representation in your shopping cart. Then you may click on the venue map and select the seats you wish to purchase. Available seats will be colored, gray seats are seats that are unavailable. Once you have selected your seats, then click the green "checkout" button on the bottom right of the window and continue with the purchase and registration process.
6. If I am registering other people along with myself, what information of theirs do I need to have ready?
When registering other people, you will need the following information for each registrant in order to complete the registration process:
- First and last names
- Cell phone
- Home Address
- Home Church
- Ministry Position
- Organization Affiliation
7. Can I pay with multiple credit cards when registering a group of people?
If you are registering a group of people in order to select seats together, you will only be allowed to use one credit card to pay for the order.
8. How many people (registrations or seating tickets) can I include in one order?
Registrations are limited to 10 registrants.
9. Do you offer group discounts?
We do not offer any group rates or discounts for Because of the Times.
10. Once my seating ticket is purchased, what next?
Once your ticket(s) is(are) purchased, you will receive an email with a pdf of your tickets attached. You may download these tickets to your mobile device or print them. However, you must have these tickets with you when you enter the sanctuary. You must keep this ticket with you throughout the conference as it will be scanned for each day and each night session.
If you are registering for others, the confirmation email with seating tickets attached will only be sent to you. If you entered other registrants emails, they will be sent invitations to download the Eventbrite app. Once they have downloaded the app, they may then retrieve their tickets without further assistance from you. Or, you may forward them their ticket from the pdf of all tickets purchased that you received.
11. What are the ages for PK?
In order for a teen to attend PK, he/she must be at least 13 years of age and no older than 19 years of age by January 2019. Also, parents of PKs must be in attendance at Because of the Times in order to be eligible for registration. Cost for PK registration is $40.00. The option for PK registration will appear once you complete BOTT registration.
12. What are the age limits for Because of the Times Child Care?
Wonderland is only able to accommodate infants that are at minimum of 6 weeks old and toddlers through 3 years of age. The option for BOTT Child Care registration will appear once you complete BOTT registration.
13. How do I register for Leadership 2019?
The option to register for Leadership 2019 registration will appear once you complete BOTT registration.
